Hi, I contacted OSHA about Color Run and Color Me Rad and now I notice there is also a Color In Motion. The various local venues are giving them permits for the events so I was told to contact the health department to report them for creating an intentional health hazard.

the phoenix color in motion is actually in gilbert so I just messaged the state health department and that should take care of that
unfortunately this is a state by state process because it is not under oshas jurisdiction
if the color whatever is allowed to occur the state of Arizona as well as the town and county that it is in should be held responsible for any injuries just like the stupid waiver is a joke and should not protect the company holding the event
