so how does one survive being shackled, wrists and ankles, to a gurney while water is pored into ones nose and mouth and breathing made more difficult in between by wet towels covering ones face?

all the while, the torturer can make eye contact with the victim if he so choses, or simply covers the entire face with wet towels

how does the victim survive manual drowning? grow gills? or some sick DARPA trick of necro-neuro-facination? how profitable do those deaths become? how simplified if they are among those that oppose torture and refuse, now wearing hoods and counted among those that are a threat to such un-American behavior? dods obviously needs better supervision since war and ethics have few differences, as they seldom even cross, yet there it is...we consistently violate what few rules war does have
